We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Lead to spearhead our development team in Madrid. As the most senior developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing software solutions while mentoring and leading a growing team of developers.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical execution, fostering a strong engineering culture, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. This is a hands-on development role that also requires people management and communication across the organization.

Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional areas such as SEO, SysOps, and UX. You'll participate in architectural decisions, refine our Agile practices, drive technical excellence, and contribute to a culture of open feedback and mutual learning.

Frequent travel to Berlin is expected, where you'll work closely with your remote team and the CTO to align on priorities, plan new initiatives, and strengthen team dynamics.
