Job description :
To support the Corporate IT Systems Manager in the administration and maintenance of IT tools and infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and SAP at the infrastructure level. The IT Administrator will demonstrate a proactive and committed attitude, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of the IT environment
Your major accountabilities :
Assist in the administration of Microsoft-based systems and tools (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
Support the infrastructure aspects of SAP systems and OpenText in coordination with the IT Systems Manager.
Monitor and maintain IT hardware, software, network and communications components.
Provide first-level support to end users and escalate issues when necessary.
Participate in IT projects and contribute to the implementation of new technologies.
Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards
Define and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
We would like you to have :
Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Sharepoint).
Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
Understanding of SAP ERP and OpenText Content Suite / Extended ECM infrastructure components (e.g., servers, databases, connectivity, user management).
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities with technical and non-technical users.
User management
Availability to travel 10%
Language : English and Spanish (fluent) and German (desirable)
