Tech team lead

We are looking for a Lead Developer based in Madrid to join our international team and take technical ownership of the Lions Home development team. You will be the most senior developer in the team and will play a pivotal role not only in the design and development of our software solutions but also in mentoring, leading, and empowering a small but growing team of developers.You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical execution, fostering a strong engineering culture, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. While this is a hands-on development role, you will also be expected to take an active role in people management and communication across the organization.Your day-to-day work will include close collaboration with cross-functional areas such as SEO, Sys Ops, and UX.
