Video Conferencing / Audio Visual (AV) / Technician – Madrid, Spain

12+ month contract
Hybrid – based Madrid

We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a hands-on Video Conferencing / AV Technician to support and maintain enterprise-grade Polycom environments across our Dresden site.

Key Responsibilities

Checking video conferencing room set-up (Polycom)

Setting up calls

Troubleshooting issues and logging support tickets as needed

Requirements

Some experience with Polycom video conferencing systems.

Good understanding of AV fundamentals

Excellent communication and service skills

Fluent in English and German ideally

Ability to work independently and on-site as needed.

Nice to Have

Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms , or other VC platforms.
