Professional Services Project Manager

As a Professional Services Project Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers service expectations are met and exceeded. You will lead and motivate project teams manage all aspects of projects from presale to execution and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and manage customer requirements to develop and meet service expectations.
• Lead motivate and develop project staff identifying and addressing their training and development needs.
• Oversee all project phases including presale activities discovery planning execution and lessons learned.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Portuguese Spanish and English to ensure clear understanding among all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project reports resource metrics and status updates.
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Present data in a business context for leadership and publish business operations reports.
