Overview We’re looking for a true sales leader — not just someone who hits targets, but someone who sets the tone, leads from the front, and has the personal network and credibility to open doors that don’t open for just anyone.
This role is for a Madrid-based VP of Sales, focused on fund administration solutions for private assets. You’ll be targeting asset managers, hedge funds, fund administrators, and family offices across EMEA — building and converting your own pipeline from scratch, backed by a best-in-class product.
You won’t be part of a 20-layer sales org.
You will have full autonomy, direct access to leadership, and a business that values sharp execution over red tape.
This is pure new business hunting — strategic, relationship-driven sales into top-tier buy-side clients. You’ll bring a strong personal network and a consistent record of winning deals others couldn’t even get in the room for.
What You’ll Be Doing :
What You’ll Be Doing Leading new business efforts across the EMEA region
Selling fund administration and private asset solutions to the buy side
Opening doors using your existing C-level relationships
Building and executing strategic sales plans to drive predictable growth
Working independently, with the support of a lean, high-impact team
Representing the company at industry events, roadshows, and client meetings
Who You Are 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in fund administration, fund services, or private markets tech
Fluent in the language of asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, and their specific operational needs
A well-connected, respected figure in the space — someone who can call a CIO or COO and get a meeting
Consistently outperformed peers in pure new business roles — you don’t rely on a warm pipeline
Based in Madrid (or willing to relocate), with flexibility to travel regionally as needed
Smart, polished, self-motivated — you know how to operate independently at the highest level
