Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the end-to-end incident process across ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure incidents are properly tracked, escalated, and resolved within defined SLAs.
- Act as the main point of contact for incident-related communications between users, product owners, and development teams.
- Monitor incident trends and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards related to incidents, monitoring, and development performance.
- Connect and manage data sources such as Azure DevOps, Log Analytics, and other Azure components.
- Ensure data models are accurate and reports are actionable for stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation of incident workflows, escalation paths, and reporting standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and agile practices.
- Support agile ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and developers to improve backlog quality and sprint planning readiness.
Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling and connecting to cloud-based data sources.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms.Understanding of cloud monitoring tools such as Azure Log Analytics.Knowledge of incident management processes and SLA tracking.Experience working in agile environments and supporting agile ceremonies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.What We Offer
