We are currently searching for a Sales Representative in the Madrid area responsible for Hospital Sales in their territory and in accordance with the overall sales strategy. This Sales Rep will develop new business opportunities through direct product promotion to increase market share for Baxter Healthcare Systems and Technologies product line.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture collaborative relationships to grow the existing business base by differentiating solutions and developing local product strategies through dedicated market analyses.
Create, implement and review territory business plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager to meet targets and identify local opportunities.
Provide, monitor and analyze regular forecast information on detail product, project, revenue and timings to ensure a focused and results-driven return on time.
Provide financial packages to tender bids and corporate visits to head office, service centers and reference sites.
Influence the entire Hospital decision chain by addressing the right messages to each stakeholder.
Ensure the implementation of promotional / sales programs in conjunction with marketing, education and training.
Liaise with the Commercial Operations Manager and local technical service teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Hospital Sales experience and knowledge of hospital dynamics, decision paths and capital funding mechanisms, with experience in medical equipment sales (including operating room environments).
Knowledge of tenders / deal structuring and ability to negotiate complex sales at high hospital levels.
Self-management and excellent organizational skills with effective term planning ability.
Tenacity and a creative attitude to succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment, with adaptability to evolving internal priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
Availability to travel.
