Descripción del trabajoLead the full lifecycle of product development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and efficient resource management. Coordinate, motivate, and develop engineering teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with the client’s defined processes, tools, and standards. Build strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, ensuring technical, operational, and quality alignment of deliverables. Promote innovative and efficient solutions that meet the current technological challenges of the automotive sector. University degree in Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate training in product development and / or project management. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading projects in the automotive sector, preferably in a client-related or group brand environment. Deep understanding of tools, milestones, and processes related to the client’s operational environment. Strong ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to travel across Europe and North Africa. Fluent in Spanish and English. German is a plus. Involvement in strategic and innovative projects with leading clients in the automotive industry.
