Project manager - new product development

It is a pioneer in implementing advanced technologies for the design, manufacturing, and commercialization of logistics solutions, including automated warehouses, management software, and metal racking.As part of our growth, we are looking for talented professionals who want to join a dynamic and expanding team with a forward-thinking vision and a strong commitment to innovation and development.Currently, in the Robotics Department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager at our headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat.What will your main responsibilities be?Drives the planning and implementation of multiple programs across the organization.Overall responsability for product delivery from requirements, prototype testing through product launch.Works closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives, risk assessment and product requirements.Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives.Resolves people and team dynamic issues for the effective performance of the program team in completing their assignments.Schedules and leads timely status review meetings. Escalates issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management.Reduces current New Product Development (NPD) cycle time.What are the minimum requirements?Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciente (or similar technical discipline).
