FPGA Designer at microTech Global LTD – Location : Madrid, Spain. Type : Permanent.

We are seeking an FPGA Designer to develop and implement high-performance digital logic solutions for mission-critical systems in defence, aerospace, and security applications. You will work with hardware, software, and systems teams to design, verify, and optimise FPGA architectures that meet reliability, safety, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and implement FPGA-based solutions using VHDL / Verilog.
• Integrate FPGA designs into complex embedded systems.
• Perform functional verification, timing closure, and hardware debugging.
• Optimise designs for power, area, and performance within safety-critical environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure compliance with aerospace and defence standards.
