With our recent digital transformation, we are eager to find passionate and motivated individuals to join us on our journey to success.Summary of Role The purpose of this role is to support customers in purchasing a Travel Insurance policy with either Staysure or Avanti. This might be as a new customer or at point of renewal. As a Centre of Excellence Advisor, you will have the customer at the forefront of you mind while meeting their needs with policy that is right for them.Role and ResponsibilitiesEnhance the customer experience by establishing and building customer rapport (using personal conversations).Make it easy for our customers to deal with and interact with us.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and escalate them to the appropriate teams.Anticipate the needs of our customers, utilising your product knowledge to meet and exceed customer expectations.Implement company call flows and best practice to maximise customer experience and commercial performance.Achieve all operational and productivity-related targets in line with business objectives.Have a relentless focus on improving our customers' experience and the perception of our brands.Develop, nurture, and maintain customer relationships throughout the customer journey.Support company policy and the best practice in compliance and industry regulation, with emphasis on protecting sensitive customer information.Follow all appropriate FCA regulations when selling insurance products.
