Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism

Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered

Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines

Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard

Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients

Gather and collate clients' CRM details in order to build the client book, follow-up with clients and maintain relationships.

Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon's visual merchandising guidelines

POS (Point of sales) transactions

Experience in a high-end interior design showroom is a plus

Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail

Proven ability to exceed sales goals

Proficient with current technology software, iPads, Mac, PC

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish English, other languages is a plus
