Job Description As a Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI at Drees & Sommer, you’re at the forefront of innovation. Your role is crucial : you bridge the gap between potential and reality, connecting our sales force with our customers. You’re the architect of bespoke digital solutions, crafting a portfolio that’s as cutting-edge as it is custom-fit.

Your mission? To bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the table. You will align with customers, deeply understanding their specific needs and challenges. Through in-depth consultations, you will uncover opportunities to harness the power of Data & AI to transform data landscapes. You’ll dive deep into customer engagements, identifying opportunities to revolutionize data management, AI, governance, and analytics.

You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced data solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Your Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.

Solution Design : Develop comprehensive data and AI solutions, including architecture design, technology selection, and integration strategies.

Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technical and non-technical teams, ensuring best practices in data engineering, machine learning, and AI implementation.

Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Data and AI technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to apply these innovations to client solutions.

Documentation : Create detailed customer-facing technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and proposals for solutions and services.

Collaboration : Work closely with sales, project / bid management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent training and experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical consulting preferred.

Microsoft Azure / Fabric Certifications would be beneficial.

Experience in 3 or more of the following : Data Warehousing and Semantic Modelling, Data Engineering, Realtime Data Streaming, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Internet of Things, Data Governance, Data Quality.
