Overview Senior Manager Finance Transformation (m / f / d) - Spain role at Mutares Italy.

This role will be located at portfolio companies, on site across Europe.

Responsibilities Manage the restructuring and improvement processes for portfolio companies on-site to implement and improve sound cash management processes

Collaborate closely with the local CFO / CRO and TMO lead on the preparation of turnaround concepts by performing strong financial analyses, preparing integrated financial models and challenging and assessing business cases

Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)

Improve financial statement closing and other finance / controlling processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit

Manage the relationship with external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurers, etc.)

Qualifications Successfully completed a Finance degree from a reputable university or business school

At least 6-7 years of international experience in Big4 / Management Consulting firm (preferably restructuring focused) or Controlling / Finance department of an industry firm (preferably with exposure to restructuring situation)

Exceptional entrepreneurship to find and implement creative solutions, energy and drive to solve complex problems as well as resilience during distressed situations

Business fluency in Spanish and English with strong, structured communication skills; additional language proficiency is a plus

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Integrated financial modelling and cash forecasts) and willingness to travel 4 days per week across Europe (typ. Mon-Thu)
