HR Trainee

Tradebe Health & Nutrition, a company in the food industry specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of enteral, sports, and dietary nutrition products, is seeking a Trainee to join our People & HR department. The ideal candidate will be eager to continue their education and learning in a professional environment.

The main purpose of this role is to help us enhance our Employee Experience agenda.

Activities and tasks the student will perform :

• Managing documentation for new hires, terminations, and contract modifications for the group's employees.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll variable files.
• Preparing documentation and uniforms for new hires, as well as conducting onboarding sessions for internal and external personnel at the production and logistics plant.
• Managing and reviewing the attendance and access control application.
• Reporting authorized employee leave, requests, sick leave, and / or vacations in the attendance control system.
• Assisting with the entry of personnel cost invoices into SAP.
• Conducting telephone interviews and / or scheduling appointments with candidates. This includes providing feedback at the end of the selection processes.
• It also involves maintaining the group's internal database, success Factors, up to date.
