WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator to provide global and continuous connectivity for the Internet of Things ( IoT ) under the 5G protocol.

Sateliot is launching a constellation of nanosatellites that act as mobile towers at low altitude, complementing terrestrial networks where they do not reach.

YOUR MISSION

As an HR Admin, you will support the People team with administrative HR processes, acting as a link between internal teams and external partners like legal and payroll providers. This part-time role is suitable for someone pursuing or recently graduated in Labour Relations, Law, or Human Resources, seeking to start a career in HR.

Your Main Functions

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment documents : contracts, certificates, amendments.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS (Personio).
• Track absences, holidays, and occupational risk prevention documentation.
• Assist with employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate internship agreements and liaise with universities.
• Handle visas and work permits with legal partners.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks and employee database updates.
