We´re looking for a Property finder to Estepona, and especially to the areas Casares and Manilva!

About the Role

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Estepona is looking for a passionate and driven Property Finder to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be attracting new sellers and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. This involves strategies like door-to-door outreach, following up on housing ads, and engaging with "for sale" listings on platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa. Additionally, building a strong local network will be key to your success in sourcing properties and ensuring Svensk Fast remains the top choice for home buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities Include :

• Proactively identifying potential sellers through various outreach methods.
• Building and maintaining a solid network within the local community.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide outstanding service.
• Engaging with online listings and platforms to discover new opportunities.
