Descripción del trabajo7+ years of professional experience in UX / CRO design, preferably within a consulting or digital agency setting. Proven track record of delivering successful CRO and UX projects, resulting in significant improvements in conversion rates and customer engagement. Mastery of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar UX / UI platforms. Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and human behavior principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. Overview
Conversion Optimization & UX Design Leader
At Boston Consulting Group, we seek an experienced Conversion Optimization and UX Design professional to lead our clients' digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in user experience (UX) design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRO and UX strategies for clients across various industries, including financial services, insurance, and banking.
- Conduct thorough audits of existing digital experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing data-driven recommendations.
- Design and implement A / B testing and multivariate testing programs to measure the impact of design changes on customer behavior and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of design and testing initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior-level executives, using data visualizations and storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on best practices in UX and CRO.
