Responsibilities
- Develop Communication Strategies : Design plans that align with overall seller engagement goals.
- Monitor Progress : Track and report on seller communication metrics.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with PD & engineering teams to develop new features for seller communication tools.
- Optimize Community Engagement : Answer, sort, and optimize questions on community platforms.
- Grow Community Leaders : Develop and nurture community leaders among sellers.
- Enhance Community Experience : Optimize the community platform for seamless user interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) and English.Strong Communication Skills for marketplace scenarios.Adaptability in an innovative environment.Experience in Copywriting and Editing is a plus.Visual Design Experience is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
