Key responsibilities
Design and implement workflows on Jira and Jira Service Management for IT and business functions (HR Finance Facility Management etc.)
Administer Jira and JSM instances (projects users permissions SLAs automation rules)
Analyze existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
Implement and maintain integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP Azure)
Use Jira REST APIs to automate processes and support integrations
Evaluate and advise on Jira Marketplace apps
Produce technical documentation and deliver user training when needed
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira/JSM users
5 years of experience with Jira and/or Jira Service Management
Strong expertise in workflows permissions notifications and automation
Experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner
Solid experience with Jira integrations and REST APIs
Atlassian certification is a strong plus
English is mandatory; German and/or Spanish are a plus
Work setup
Preferred: 40% onsite in Madrid
Alternatives: Spain-based with occasional travel
