Overview
Performance Marketer (Freelancer) – Paid Media at Webfleet. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Freelancer with strong expertise in paid media and a passion for demand generation and brand building. You will work in the Upper Funnel Squad at our Barcelona office, combining brand awareness and demand generation to grow Webfleet’s visibility, trust, and engagement among target B2B audiences who are not yet in-market. You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team and report to the squad’s internal digital marketer, collaborating with the SEO Squad, Creative team, and Product Owner.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, launch, and optimise TOF and MOF paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Display and Reddit—including amplification of thought leadership content (PR, reports, interviews, case studies, webinars) and support for growing Webfleet’s owned channels (e.g. LinkedIn newsletter and Page followers).
- Build and refine audience segments based on firmographics, job roles, interests and intent signals.
- Run lead generation campaigns using forms, gated content, and retargeting flows to convert awareness into MQLs.
- Track, analyse, and report on standard funnel KPIs (reach, video views, engagement rate, retargeting pool growth, CPL, MQL-to-SQL) and upper-funnel metrics relevant to AI-driven landscapes (e.g., brand citation share).
- Recommend and test landing page improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and designers.
- Deliver performance insights to optimise channel mix, creative strategy and targeting.
- Coordinate test-and-learn experiments with the internal digital marketer to drive ongoing performance improvement.
What we expect from you
3–5+ years of digital paid media experience running and optimising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display (GDN) and ideally Reddit, focusing on B2B demand generation and brand building.You are set up in Spain to work as a freelancer in Barcelona (autónomo or your own services company) with the ability to invoice directly.You leverage AI and automation to work smarter.You understand the full upper- and mid-funnel journey and translate insights into actionable steps to grow owned audiences and retargeting pools.You are data-driven and ROI-focused, comfortable with analytics tools (GA4 or PIWIK Pro, Looker Studio, Supermetrics) to track reach, engagement, CPL and AI-era metrics like brand citation share.You thrive in an agile, collaborative environment, comfortable in cross-functional squads and using Jira / Confluence for alignment.You communicate clearly, providing performance insights and optimisation recommendations to help hit awareness, engagement and MQL goals.You’re a self-starter who loves testing and learning, bringing ideas for audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix while maintaining cost efficiency.You’re detail-oriented and organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns, coordinate experiments and document learnings for continuous improvement.Why you’ll love working with us
