Technical Solutions Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Designer to join our team. As a key member of our solution design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative technical solutions for customers.
• Create WMS / WES / WCS process flowcharts and specifications according to project requirements.
• Create simulation scenarios to validate logistics processes, develop specifications, and translate solution designs into actionable development tasks.
• Work closely with software developers, regional experts, and the development team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure technical alignment and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee and validate the solution through critical testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Deliver expert-level training and system handovers to customers to ensure successful adoption.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point during the go-live phase, providing hands-on support to analyze and resolve critical on-site issues.
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach with excellent communication to articulate with internal and external stakeholders;

travel for projects as needed.
