Data & Ai Director – Accenture Song

This role will be key in developing C-Level (CDO / CMO / CXO) relationships and integrating data-driven solutions into product, marketing, ecommerce, and customer service strategies.Key responsibilities : - Lead the development and execution of the Data & AI Strategy Practice growth plan.- Drive data and analytics programmes in collaboration with product, marketing, media, and customer service teams.- Oversee the sales and delivery of data projects, as well as transformation initiatives in partnership with other Accenture Song teams.- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance team culture.Responsibilities- Design and implement data architectures and activate use case programmes.- Lead consulting projects with high margins and delivery rates, from business case to execution.- Collaborate with other Accenture units to integrate data solutions into broader value propositions.- Represent Accenture Song in strategic forums with clients, especially in the banking and products sectors.
