Microsoft Teams Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and its features, as well as experience in designing and implementing unified communications solutions.

  • This role involves working closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Teams with existing systems and applications.
  • You will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing Microsoft Teams environments, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Teams.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Experience in planning and deploying Microsoft Teams, as well as implementing lifecycle management and governance for MS Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring Microsoft Teams environments and ability to manage access for external users.
  • Ability to implement security and compliance measures for Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in creating and managing Microsoft Teams and configuring network settings for optimal performance.
  • Ability to manage collaboration experiences for chat and channel.
  • Knowledge in managing apps for Microsoft Teams and ability to manage meeting and virtual events experiences.
  • Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Teams devices.
