Overview

Global ITD Program Lead

We are looking for a visionary leader to drive our Business Intelligence Optimization program. As a Global ITD Program Lead, you will be responsible for strengthening our organization's brand in Spain by delivering strategic objectives and ensuring the successful transition to a scalable BI operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional data programs, prioritizing business value and scalability.
  • Rationalize and standardize BI tools and reports across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to develop client-facing workforce intelligence dashboards and analytics products.
  • Leverage enterprise data platforms and central Data & Analytics Centers of Expertise to build reusability and scalability.

About the Role

  • Critical qualities for success include deep understanding of BI platforms, enterprise data architecture, and analytics strategy.
  • Experience building data products for external users is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving transformation at scale.
  • Ability to align stakeholders across Business, IT, Product, and Commercial functions.

    • Requirements

  • 10+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation roles.
  • Experience delivering global / matrixed data programs.
  • Background in workforce solutions, HR tech, or analytics product management is desirable.

    • Bonus Requirements

  • Exposure to monetization or externalization of data assets.

    • Education

  • University-level education (MSc, MEng) in related fields.
