Job Description

Our company is an international organization with a presence in multiple countries. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various facility refurbishment and adaptation projects.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include planning management and coordination of tasks related to facility refurbishment and adaptation, overseeing technical equipment, managing services, reviewing and applying relevant regulations, and providing technical solutions to new proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security and camera systems providers, handling environmental activity licenses, inspecting and monitoring fire protection systems, odor control systems, and other facility infrastructure, and providing support to subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• 5 years of experience in construction and facility installations
• Prior experience in infrastructure and facility adaptation projects
• Coordinating and managing technical suppliers
• Practical knowledge of technical systems
• Used to working with public administrations for permits and licenses
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of preventive / corrective maintenance, inspections, and infrastructure upgrades
