Your Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility & Maintenance Manager to oversee comprehensive maintenance at both national and international levels. Reporting directly to the Construction & Maintenance Manager, this role is critical to ensuring the optimal functioning of all facilities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement of methods and procedures.

Your Journey

  • Definition and planning of the maintenance policy, aiming to improve the preventive model and establish rational operational maintenance methodologies.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of company equipment and facilities by proposing the most suitable procedures, techniques, and resources.
  • Create and keep preventive and predictive maintenance manuals up to date, ensuring their compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with the Operations and Revenue departments to design and plan the most effective maintenance for each unit.
  • Control costs and resolution timelines through continuous analysis and monitoring.
  • Supervise periodic inspections and ensure proper traceability of reports and reviews.

What do we need you to bring on this trip?

  • Education or experience in Facilities management, Maintenance management or related technical areas.
  • Knowledge of regulations and document management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and Facility Management software are a plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Advanced English (Portuguese and Romanian are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, versatility, and availability to travel.
