Senior Service Designer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks that meet business objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points, and translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.
- Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals and drive business results.
- Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.What We Offer :
