Overview
The Travel and Events Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing and administering a new corporate travel management tool, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing and adjustments during implementation.
- Collaborate in developing user manuals and procedural guides.
- Participate in meetings with vendors and internal teams to align objectives and resolve technical issues.
- Current and New Travel & Expense Management Tool
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
- Provide first-level support to internal users of the travel and expense tool.
- Resolve incidents and manage escalations with the IT support team when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills : Experience in first-level technical support and incident resolution.Proficiency in data analysis tools and report generation.Languages : Advanced level of English and Spanish; French is highly valued.Education : Degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Events, or Communication & Marketing.Interpersonal Skills : Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving orientation, and strong attention to detail.Software Knowledge : Proficiency in Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
