Overview Culinary Team Member Position Overview
This is a fast-paced role that involves the daily preparation of food items in a designated kitchen area. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively, managing all finishing kitchen functions.
Responsibilities Prepare a variety of food items for grilling, frying, and / or heating as required.
Set up the station with appropriate utensils and equipment according to established guidelines.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and storage specifications to ensure high-quality dishes.
Requirements A minimum of 1 year\'s experience as a Line Cook or 2 years in the F&B industry, preferably in a Lebanese / Oriental restaurant.
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, but accumulated years of experience are also valued.
Essential Skills Food preparation, teamwork, time management
Preferred Qualifications Hospitality Management degree, 2+ years\' experience in F&B
