Job Overview :

We are seeking a Team Lead for Subsidiaries Applications to be responsible for the global ERP, support, and optimization of the ERP system across the organization’s international operations. Coordinating with regional teams, leading ERP S4 Hana implementation and upgrades, managing system performance, and ensuring the ERP system meets the organization’s operational and strategic goals.

Key Accountability Areas

• ERP System Management : Oversee ERP system optimization globally, ensuring reliability and compliance with local regulations. Manage upgrades and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
• Implementation and Rollout : Lead global ERP deployment and manage integration of new modules, ensuring successful adoption through effective testing and training.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Work with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with business objectives. Act as primary contact for ERP inquiries in international locations.
• Business Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements and guide best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Training and Support : Develop training programs for end-users and provide support across global locations, standardizing processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure ERP system compliance with regulations and security policies, monitoring access to maintain data integrity.
• Reporting and Data Analytics : Configure the ERP system to produce accurate financial and operational reports that meet decision-making needs.
