Preventive Maintenance Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the existing preventive maintenance plan, implementing improvements and new predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage the plant’s GMAO, including creating review sheets, updating, and digitizing existing documentation.
• Plan and schedule tasks and resources. Coordinate and manage maintenance teams (internal and contractors) and supervise technicians during task execution (permits, procedures, etc.).
• Analyze data and generate reports. Develop KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage technical documentation and develop work procedures, integrating documentation into the GMAO.
