We’re seeking for a detail-oriented, hands-on

Product Manager

to improve our operational workflows and accelerate online revenue growth. You’ll work at the intersection of Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to streamline processes end-to-end (from lead to treatment end) and scale monetization initiatives across markets.

This role suits someone who loves digging into funnels, fixing inefficiencies, and shipping pragmatic solutions that move KPIs.

Key tasks :

Own problem discovery and delivery

• for ops efficiency and online monetization use cases (from lead to booking to after treatment post-sales);

Translate operational and commercial requirements

Partner with Ops

Drive experiments to grow online revenue :

Work with Engineering

Define and track

Maintain

a high bar for quality and compliance while moving fast across multiple markets.

Requirements : ~3+ years

in Product Management,

BizOps

, or

Growth / Monetization

~ Proven experience

optimizing funnels and shipping

~ Data-driven : comfortable with

dashboards / SQL

, defining metrics, and

running A / B tests

~ Nice to have : healthcare / medtech or multi-market ops experience, Spanish fluency.
