Master Data Management Strategist

Overview We seek an experienced Data Governance leader to spearhead our master data management strategy.

Responsibilities Define Data Governance Vision : Develop a clear roadmap for data governance, aligning with business objectives and IT requirements.

Ensure Data Quality : Establish processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the organization.

Implement Process Improvements : Identify areas for process enhancement and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Align with Business Initiatives : Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data governance into business projects and initiatives.

Qualifications Education : Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Languages : Fluent English and Spanish, with other languages being an asset.

Experience : 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in data governance.

Specific Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.

Personal Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
