Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Equipment Installation and Relocation Services

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in selling industrial equipment installation and relocation services . This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional familiar with the Romanian industrial market and comfortable with occasional international client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Development : Build and manage a client portfolio in Romania’s industrial sector, identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
• Market Engagement : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
• Sales Planning : Develop and track personal commercial plans, setting achievable targets and sales goals in alignment with business objectives.
• Quotation and Offer Estimation : Analyze project needs, estimate costs, and prepare client proposals, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
• Account Management : Monitor client accounts, oversee project progress, and ensure client satisfaction from project inception to delivery.

This position offers a base salary suited to mid-level candidates and a commission-based structure to reward successful sales performance.
