Overview
As a vital member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate closely with local leaders to provide strategic support on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, learning and development, and other HR-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations to employees across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel actions, employee files, and personnel statistics, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or codes of conduct, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices to align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Law, or Social Sciences, with a strong academic background in HR Management or a related field.Master's Degree in Human Resources is highly desirable.At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a large multinational organization.Fluent Spanish and English language skills are essential.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience using Workday are highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
