Global HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel selection and management of the recruitment process, implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies, performance appraisals and monitoring of achievement of set targets, fluid communication with staff across subsidiaries, preparation of reports, and organisation of internal / corporate company events.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

• At least 2 years of experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies
• A higher education in Business Administration, Labour Relations or similar
• An essential high level of English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
