As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in the supply chain department and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and facilitating the monthly demand review, driving supply planning stability, and enhancing capacity utilization.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the preparation and execution of the demand review program implementation plan.
Track program progress and provide regular reports to the supply chain team and key stakeholders.
Manage and adjust for any changes in program scope, schedule, or resources.
Identify and mitigate potential issues arising from forecast mistakes.
Collect and consolidate inputs from sales and supply departments.
Develop scenarios and solutions for presentation in demand review meetings.
Drive impact analysis and align with key stakeholders.
Prepare documentation for demand review meetings.
Analyze key demand metrics.
Strengthen relationships with involved departments to drive participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in B2C supply chain roles, Business Development, Business Analysis, or Key
