Our startup client is a VC-backed startup in the "sales tech" space with ca. 50 FTE, strongly growing and based in Barcelona. They launched the DACH market for their B2B SaaS software recently and are looking for a DACH Expansion Lead to lead this expansion with a team of SDRs and AEs.
Role :
Running the DACH expansion and leading a small but growing team of SDRs and soon AEs
Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and cold call / close deals themselves
Requirements :
Having previously launched a new product / business in DACH (or having led an international expansion in DACH) from zero to one (in B2B SaaS)
Very experienced with all typical outbound processes with multi-channel outreach (cold-calling, emailing, Linkedin outreach
Very enterpreneurial profile
OTE of ca. 80-90k with 60 / 40 split + equity after probation
Start date : ASAP
Min 6 months / year based in Barcelona (in-office), employment contract in Spain (living in Spain or re-locating there)
German native level + English min C1
