To define and own the global product strategy and value propositions for the whole product category (lighting), ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and Market demands.

Will drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage (marketing, product development...).

Define and own the global product strategy for the lighting category.

Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD).

Support global launch plans.

Cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams, Global Engineering Teams, Sales Teams, Supply Chain.

Foster a customer-first and global mindset, ensuring product decisions are driven by regional customer needs and market relevance.

Preferably, MBA or a master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a technology related field.

At least 8 year's product management, product marketing or application engineering with at least half in the lighting, LED or related industry.

English full proficiency is mandatory.

Spanish is valuable.
