Office Manager - Temporary (parental leave coverage)

At Factorial, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Office Manager to join our team temporarily from October 2025 to April 2026 and help us run all our beautiful office tasks.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our current office and support the transition to our brand-new headquarters later this year. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office experience for everyone at Factorial.

This is a hands-on role that requires a highly organized and proactive individual, comfortable managing both front desk responsibilities and back-office operations . From coordinating with suppliers to overseeing facilities and supporting employees, you’ll be the go-to person for all office-related matters.

You’ll report directly to the Corporate Services & Events team and collaborate closely with multiple teams across the company.

What You'll Be Doing :

Office Operations & Facilities Management

• Supervise daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage and coordinate office maintenance, overseeing facility services, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and oversee inventory management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with corporate regulations, safety protocols, and local fire codes.
