Senior Manager Indirect Procurement – Raw Materials, Energy & Vendor Tooling

Overview Horse Powertrain Limited is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. This role is based at head office in London, with occasional travel to other sites.

What We’re Looking For A proven track record of managing complex procurement categories such as raw materials (e.g. aluminum, oils & lubricants) and energy sourcing across multiple sites.

Demonstrated success in supporting cross-functional negotiations with cost modeling and supplier benchmarking.

Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

Outstanding analytical and negotiation skills.

Strong project coordination and international collaboration skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.

Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities Lead indirect procurement across raw materials, energy, and vendor tooling for multiple sites.

Drive cost models, supplier benchmarking, and strategic negotiations with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate projects and collaborate across international sites to deliver value and efficiency.

Qualifications Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

Experience in automotive or powertrain industries is preferred

Excellent English; Spanish language skills are an advantage
