We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our team and drive the global social and creator strategy for one of the world’s leading FMCG brands.
This is a strategic and hands-on role , perfect for a creative who has evolved from an art direction background into leading multi-platform campaigns with a strong focus on social, collabs and creator-driven storytelling .
You’ll lead creative development from insight to execution — crafting concepts that transcend formats, inspire teams and perform across markets.
Responsabilities :
- Lead the creative vision and execution for all social-first and creator-led content across global markets.
- Translate global brand platforms into culturally relevant, platform-native ideas and creator collaborations .
- Partner with Strategy, Account and Production to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Ideate and oversee collaborations with influencers, creators and cultural partners , ensuring authenticity and impact.
- Mentor and guide a small creative team (art & copy), raising the bar in concepting, design and storytelling.
- Collaborate with global hubs to align creative approaches across regions and partners.
- Stay ahead of trends, formats and innovations in social, content and creator economy .
- Be the guardian of the brand’s tone, look & feel, and creative consistency across every touchpoint.
Qualifications :
7+ years of creative experience , ideally starting as an Art Director and evolving into a Creative Lead / ACD role.Proven track record developing social-first campaigns and creator collabs for global or regional brands.Deep understanding of platform-specific storytelling , digital culture and the creator ecosystem.Sharp visual sensibility and the ability to craft ideas that are as beautiful as they are effective.Experience leading creative teams and managing partner agencies or freelancers.Fluent presentation and communication skills in English (C2 level required) .Curiosity, agility and passion for how creativity moves at the speed of culture.And since you'll give this and much more, we also want to give you much more :
