Engineering Team Lead

, you’ll manage a team of 4–6 software engineers

, working closely with a

Product Manager

and

Product Designer

You’ll play a central role in

driving your team’s objectives

, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and growth.

While not expected to code full-time, you’ll remain

technically involved,

contributing to architecture decisions, reviewing designs and pull requests, and guiding your team through complex technical challenges.
