Export Customer ServiceResponsibilities and Duties :

• Coordinate with shippers and truckers for the export of shipments
• Process of shipment includes arranging for pick-up or inland transportation, booking andforwarding
• Prepare document including bill of lading, invoicing, certificate of origin, export declarationor AES, and follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination
• Maintain SOP (standard operating procedures) and customer profiles including key contacts,special requirements, contract rates and preferred routings, services and carriers and / orAirline drawing
• Attend operations meetingsBehavioral / Technical Competencies :

• Matric (essential)
• 2+ years of experience in air freight or export shipping
• Basic knowledge of Administration Regulations (FAA, FMC, EAR, Hazmat) and othergovernment agency requirements
• Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries andmajor cities
