Overview As a senior business analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector. Your responsibilities will include developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of projects.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Preparation of Business Requirements : Develop clear and concise business requirements and specifications that meet the needs of stakeholders.
Management of Change Requests : Effectively manage change requests and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordination and Review of Acceptance Testing : Coordinate and review acceptance testing to ensure that it is thorough and comprehensive.
Reporting of Status : Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on the progress of IT modules.
Assistance with Preparation of Guidelines and Training Material : Assist in the preparation of guidelines and training material to support the development of business analysis skills.
Interaction with Stakeholders : Interact with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers to ensure that there is effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree : Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
Experience in Business Analysis : Have +5 / +7 / +9 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
Knowledge of Analysis Tools and Techniques : Possess good knowledge of analysis / modelling tools and techniques such as use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams, etc.
Knowledge of BPMN or UML : Have good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other equivalent value.
Enterprise Architect Knowledge : Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage.
Communication Skills : Possess strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis and excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills : Have analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex business problems.
Business Requirements Writing : Be able to write clear and structured business requirements documents.
Agile Methodology Knowledge : Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus.
Language Skills : Fluency in English is required.
