At Auxadi we are looking for professionals interested in the area of Human Resources, with a special focus on the area of Training and Development. Training :

Development of training plans and programs (for both national and international contexts)

Management of technical training through internal trainers

Administrative management of the e-learning platform

Identification of training gaps

Development :

Contributing to the redefinition and continuous improvement of the performance evaluation process

Preparation of job descriptions and associated skills

Evaluation processes for interns and management of intern incorporations

Support in the management of the variable compensation process

Management of corporate events

Preparation of reports through HR data dashboards

Continuous training plan : You will receive adapted training that will allow you to develop professional and interpersonal skills to perform in a productive and efficient way. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with accounting and tax professionals who will provide you with support and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar; and Master degree in Human Resources

Fluent in English.
