About the Role
Job Platforms Manager - UK Market
is to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of job listing platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of both employers and candidates. This involves managing and optimizing job postings for maximum visibility, providing support to users, and leveraging data and insights to improve platform performance. The manager also collaborates with marketing teams to promote job listings, enhance platform visibility, and ensure a smooth, effective experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job listing platforms, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet the needs of both employers and candidates.
- Post and optimize job listings to ensure they attract the right candidates and are easily discoverable.
- Provide support to employers and candidates, addressing and resolving any platform-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze platform performance, using data and metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to stakeholders, helping to inform decision‑making and optimize platform strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote job listings and enhance the visibility of the platform across relevant channels.
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve the visibility of job listings and attract a larger pool of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive user experience by monitoring platform usability and resolving technical or user issues efficiently.
- Manage platform performance metrics, using tools to evaluate and report on success rates, engagement, and other relevant KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and development, to ensure alignment and effective platform management.
- Handle multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely execution of platform‑related projects and tasks.
Job Requirement
In-depth familiarity with UK-based job platforms and B2C lead generation.Skilled in writing and optimizing job listings to align with UK candidate preferences and terminology.Understanding of UK employment laws, right‑to‑work checks, and compliance requirements.Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong grasp of SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing within the UK context.Experience providing candidate and employer support on British platforms.Ability to analyze platform metrics and continuously improve UK recruitment campaigns.Collaborative team player, able to work with global colleagues while owning UK‑specific performance.Why Join Us
