Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized marketer to coordinate Aurora’s key touchpoints with clients and the wider energy industry. You will be the marketing and communications contact for our EMEA subscription products, planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns and coordinating marketing across digital and offline channels with regional teams.

In terms of tech stack, you’ll regularly update our WordPress website, post from our company LinkedIn profile, and plan content schedules. You’ll also become familiar with our Salesforce CRM system and Account Engagement marketing automation platform. You will assist with raising brand awareness of Aurora and our experts by arranging speaking opportunities at third-party conferences and providing tactical advice to regional teams around personal brand-building.

You will need to work pragmatically, be a supportive team player, and be confident to generate creative ideas that engage audiences.

If you have 1–2+ years’ B2B marketing experience, are seeking more responsibility, and are interested in contributing to global energy transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the marketing and communications representative for several of our regional product teams.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
• Manage subscriber fulfilment communications (including GM invites, webinar invites and reports) to ensure engagement with our EOS platform and help mitigate churn.
• Lead development and refinement of sales enablement materials, including presentations and case studies, ensuring messaging and brand consistency.
• Drive CRM-based marketing initiatives, including segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, campaign automation, and reporting.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence; create and schedule content aligned with brand objectives and commercial needs.
• Maintain and update website content in collaboration with key stakeholders, reflecting marketing priorities and business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to improve campaigns and sharing learnings with sales and leadership teams.
• Assist with event planning and execution, i.e. trade shows, speaking opportunities and webinars.
